Sanjivani - A Medical Boon

The popular name "Sanjeevani" which translates as "One that infuses life" derives from the medicinal properties. Sanjeevani grows on the hills of tropical areas, particularly the Arawali mountain terrains from east to west in India.

And above all these, of course who dont know about the expedition for "sanjeevani booti" by Lord Hanuman for reincarcination of Laxman ji.

Well,to me hospital always sucks.The astringent, ammoniacal smell out there, the lots many sick n suffering in chronic pain, all Dr.s behaving too professionally with patients and giving fake laughs with colleage, the ante bellum situation ouside O.T., masked people wandering around, children crying because of indolent injection, rush and croud at reception, full of mismanagement.Staff and patients chewing tobacco in different forms and leaving behind its remains as evidence all over.

Usually in, what we call Govt. hospitals("sarkari aspatal") dyspeptic docs, insalubrious environment always made me think n worry about the worse condition of our "a field of service" and the patients.

But my latest visit to a hospital in Delhi persuaded me to think in a different way.
The immaculate environment out there, the well managed management, the invisibly clean glasses, none corners having spit-marks.The aromatic, refreshing, conditioned-air(form A.C.)all around.Iridescent team of docs and last but not the least a real wow canteen....

The hospital had all employes well dressed in a soothing colour uniforms, differentiated on basis of their work; as of nurse, lab-men, ward-boys and ofcourse all docs in apron.May be lots of the patients were coming from long distances, may be fee for visit to some docs were really too hi-fi but they were making it worth.All of them were giving their full time, may be as a team at times, to every patient, trying to go for etiology.An environment which could show a ray of hope to a patient even with any intactable disease.

Now some boyzzee issue;any lady at reception was competing with other in appeal and beauty, well dressed in saree they were like some drugs at reception itself.Blonde, skirted nurses wandering all over were making the scene more inviting.Made me wonder if all ladies in medical field are so killing or the other way,all the killing litrates are in medical field!!!Dont kno why, but even the lady patients were looking so perfect, may be because of their "tight" purse.

So, which one is better.....hummmmm...i guess former one...because if latter is the scene then who will pray/wish to not visit the hospital again, haha...irony na??....just what u r supposed to have is a warm wallet...

Passoin::To raise the bar

Passion means zeal, enthusiasm or fervor.
It is the force that relentlessly drives one forward.
It is a burning desire that creates commitment to a person, project or life.

A passionate life is more than a philosophy, it is a lifestyle chosen deliberately, designed purposefully and lived responsibly.
It is RAISING THE BAR on what we intend to accomplish.
It is moving through each storm of lyf without hesitation and arriving in the sunshine wiser and stronger.
It is continuously learning, loving and growing.

A passionate life is an inspiring gift that can brighten the world for many generations.
A world without passion is a world without Mother Teresa.

Passion has magical powers that can bring the non existent into existence.
For example, Walt Disney, who used to be afraid of mouse, with his passion helped him transform his dream of Disneyland into reality.
Another magical quality of of passion is; its ability to lighten our load.
Work becomes fun! Tedious effort becomes exciting!...

PASSION IS POWER
The doors that are locked for ordinary folks suddenly open for those with passion..
If the doors still remained shut, the fire of their passio would burn them down!!

Because
Those those with pasion are focused on their goals, not themselves.
They are wrapped up in their dreams, not their worries.
They don't have the time or inclination for self-pity.
When things go wrong, they learn from their mistakes and quickly continue on their way.....

Whenever it is a matter of ability or passion;
Passion is always the victor in the battle for success.

Therfore

Bring passion to focus on your goal, and make its effective use by applying your passion to your goal, job, profession, family or on yourself;you will see the difference between "just getting by" and "real success".

Throughout most of human history, we have been acustomed to evolution and improvement; the process may have been sometime slower or sometime faster but it almost always seemed to be progressive.
Continually improving capabilities can be called the name to the game of life.

There has always been scope for improvements and what's better than improving oneself??
It has been aptly quoted "Unless you try to do something beyond what you have mastered, you will never grow."

That implies "The future belongs to the competent." it belong to those who are very good at what they do, rather who are best ...

Thus to be on top of the world we must continually add to our knowledge and ability and keep on raising the bar to keep on building our mental assets...

Who makes whom

Habit is an action or series of actions that we perform in a subconscious manner.
We don't have to continuously think about doing these things, they seem to happen on their own.

Since all of the things under the sun fall just under two types, thus habits can also be good or bad.
Good habits serve us and bad habits cause us untold sufferings.
Good habits enhance the quality of life, while bad ones detract life.
Cultivating good habits is difficult but it is more difficult to maintain bad habits.

We all have a mix of good and bad habits.
Most of us admit to having some habits; that we wish we, we didn't have.

Ask yourself honestly.
Are your habits helping or hindering you?
What habits have consistently brought rewards to your personal life or career?
What habits could you adopt today that could have positive impact on your future?

I say "We first make habits, and then habits make us."

Life is not pausing for you while you are putting up with some habits that you dislike or that affects you adversely. Life is passing by while you waste it doing the wrong thing. There is no rewind button, there is only now and if you are not happy with your now, CHANGE IT...
acquiring new habit begin with a decision and a commitment. Change is difficult.
When trying to break out from bonds of bad habits; tests, trials and temptations come.
Setbacks occur.
Don't give up when you slip and fall as bruises would be lesser than that; if not given up.
Be sure to create the mental habit of gentleness with yourself.
It is important to have patience with thyself, while working on changing habits.
Some strong bad habits may take years to break.

Research has shown that an action that is repeated for a minimum of 21 days is likely to become a permanent habit.
That means you must perform your new actions repeatedly day after day, before your subconscious mind will begin to do them automatically.

Until then it takes consistent effort and focus...

angel without halo...

wen u r nt around
i just cry..i have wondered y?
den i realized,ma tears just comes out searching for u;

u r in my eyes,
i know u r scared of darkness,
thats y i keep my eyes open.

if time is an ocean,then
i would spend every drop for u;
if tym is a drop, den
i would spend every ocean for u;

wen am angry, u kno wt to do
u just smile, and
my anger loses d battle against it;

i wnt 2 spend a whole day wid u,
 i wish my lyf is just 1 day long;

if v can talk only during nights,
i wont bother my life being dark.

how can i say?
u r angel without a halo n wings or
an angel is u wid halo n wings
i guess d 2nd is better.

From "Me" To "Us"

ABASHED FORM MY PAST I DO FEEL AGHAST.
AGHAST WITH THESE DAYS IN VAIN,
WHICH MADE ME FEEL WAIL..
THERE WAS A ONE U CAN ALWAYS CALL,
EVERYTIME U CRASHED,BROKEN OR FALL.
BUT NOW I STAND(SLEEP) ALL ALONE ,
WITH NO LATE NIGHT CALLS ON MY PHONE.
IS THIS ALL I DESERVE?
AND DO I NEED TO PRESERVE.
NOW MY EMOTIONS ARE ALL BLUE,
WHAT TO DO I HAVE NO CLUE.
WILL  I GET MY 'CHEESE' BACK?
OR THEY R FOR ALWAYS PACKED??
DONT WANT TO REMEMBER IT AGAIN,
AS I AM NOW ALL DRAINED.
DRAINED MY CASK,
WITH NO NEW TASK.
SMILE IS MY POWER;I CAN ALWAYS SPREAD,
AS IT IS THE ONLY THREAD.
THREAD WHICH CONNECTS ALL OF US,
AS IT CONVERTS 'ME' TO  'US'.
SO ALWAYS KEEP SMILING.

╰» мαη σƒ ∂єє∂ѕ

       At the end of our lives we may never regret at the things we failed at;
but at the things we hoped for but never attempted.
Many dreams have been destroyed in the realm of imagination without any attempt to bring them to life for complacency, fear of failure or failure of rejection.
When we hope or wish and never do anything to actualize it, we simply kill the inner ability.
But, when we attempt to do something worthwhile,we discover our inner capability.

People who are successful take action and have always done something worthwhile;for which they will be remembered.

Think about this!
The Wright Brothers built the word's first aeroplane;Sir Richard Branson founded Virgin Atlantic;
Stephen Covey wrote "The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People" and "The 8th Habit:From Effective to Greatness" and Thomas Edison invented the electric light bulb.
The common factor all these celebrated success have is "action".
They took action, and did something with conviction!
 that is the reason we talk and read about them today.

                         SO,
Be a man of deeds.Action is a graet separator,
which sparates the achievers from the non-achievers.
It separates the rich from the poor.
It seperates go-getters from mere dreameres.
It separates the winners from the quitters.
          On the Whole,
It separates successful people from the unsuccessful people...

If you would not be forgotten, as soon as you are dead and rotten either write things worth reading, or do things worth the writing.

Think! Define!

Being my first blog lemme define myself wid some definitions i own....

When a defining moment comes along, you can do one of two things.

Define the moment, or let the moment define you.

'Defining moments' are in the form of events,occasions and challenget, those force us to make decisions and choices which determine who we are and ahat we stand for and give meaning, define and shape our lives.

ok now in a most dramatic example....... In a murderer's defining moment is that split second when the decision is made to pull the trigger and the action is taken. Prior to pulling the trigger- the indivisual is not a murderer, but after pulling the trigger that person is defined as a murderer.

These snippets of time callled "defining moments" carry wid them consequences that can be glorious or disastrous, but they always set the direction of our lyf, determine our integrity and control our destiny.

Think! Define!

What you want to become, to make your life meaningful.

Link and align;consciously, every act wid your life's purpose in all situations and circumstances; and make a meaningful existence in the dictionary called life.....

This quote by 'Samuel Lover' perfectly applies here

"Circumstances are the ruler of the weak; they are but the instruments of the wise."
